Our owner believes that a good computer technician should be able to solve any computer problem in about one hour of his time.

We feel that a customer should not have to pay technician rates if his machine is sitting for 45 minutes running a diagnostic program, or sitting for 35 minutes downloading and installing upgrades.

At Muskoka Computes, you only pay for the time a technician actually "works" on your machine.
Any customer who brings in a machine for service will be charged $50.00 for service.
Parts and taxes extra.


On-Site Service:

Yes, we make "house calls", have one of our Technologists come to your home or office and get the same quality service. Just $50.00 per hour. The time starts when we leave our office and ends when we leave yours, we absorb 1/2 the travel time.

Your computer acting up and it is past the warranty period?
